Christmas Services #3 UK and #4 Canada

After a quick, albeit delayed, flight from Stockholm to London Heathrow, I was finally at 'home' - well at least at one of my homes! I spent the weekend in St Johns visiting many friends and then led prayers at the 'Carols by Candlelight' service at the church where I was baptised. Finally it started to feel like a 'real' Christmas, especially as the UK even had snow and ice just like Sweden!



Unfortunately I could not get any good photos of the candlelight service but here's one taken when the candles were being set up....



...and the last Christmas service I attended was on Christmas Eve at my Mom's church - I had offered to help out since the congregation is very small, and ended up leading the service with her :-)



And finally I was back at 'home-home' in Canada, sitting by the Christmas tree at my Mom's house and watching the snow fall...and fall...and fall....
